Every time I come there is no one on the floor and the place smells awful !! Where are the workers??

During a very difficult time for our family, it was a great comfort to know that she was in the hands of such dedicated and professional individuals. Your staff consistently demonstrated kindness, patience, and respect, ensuring that she was treated with dignity at all times. Please accept my deepest gratitude for the attention and support you provided, not only to my mother but also to our family. The Activity lady very stuck up rude, and could be nicer to residents, her attitude is very draining and negative
Algart staff has always been kind to my dear friend Frank, and they make it a point to keep me informed about him. He is happy there and that brings me comfort.
