My daughter was there and they where horrible place to be came home in worse shape then when she went went for rehab what a joke came home with a large size wound on her back side
The one nurse there Brandy Barnes is amazing she might even own the place very smart educated and knows what she's doing.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. Management is terrible, the kitchen manager Henry is awful, nurses are rude. Nobody has any empathy or cares. I would never send anyone I love here. Not even my worst enemy. The bedrooms have bugs, I’m sure the kitchen does too. They left my uncle soiled for HOURS, he is dead now thanks to them. DONT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.
Administration is horrible. The place is continously understaffed. I would not send my worst enemy there. If you want someone to die than this is the place to send that person. My Mom sat in her filth for who knows how long and under 1 week had bed sores because she was neglected. There is some really nice staff but it's Administration lacks empathy and only wants money while the residents go without what is in their care plan. If you truly love your people and want them to get the best care possible then do NOT consider this place for any reason not rehab, skilled nursing, and definitely NOT long term. The social representative also has no respect for HIPPA laws.
My daughter was a patient here for a year, and I could not believe how horrible this place is. The administration is a joke and they never tell the truth about anything. And once you voice your concerns about things that they are doing with your loved ones and why they are doing it , the administrator does everything she can to have the family removed from the nursing home. This place needs to get a whole new administration and the owners really need to pay more attention to what's happening in their facility. Please don't let your loved one ever become a patient here.
I have lived at Andover Village for almost 6 years now. I am very happy living here. I love the administration, the aides, nurses, and residents. Staff treats me like family My family lives 60 miles away and feel safe with me here. Last but not least the food is very good.
Andover village rehabilitation center is the most amazing facility around! Love this place with all my heart!
