The staff have always been so friendly. Dawn (reception) goes above and beyond and is so helpful. The activity room always has something going and I love seeing all the people up and about engaging with each other. Very home like environment.
I love the Arbors at Fairlawn, convenient location, nice facility and the staff go above and beyond for the residents. Activities provides many things to do each day. Snacks are provided throughout the day, in addition to the meals. I always recommend this facility to friends and family!
Everyone at the facility was great and took excellent care of my Aunt! Special shoutout to the admissions director Nikki, she made the transition seamless.
My father moved to Arbors because he was not happy at the facility he was at. He was very happy living at Arbors for over two years before he passed in December. We (his family and him) were very pleased with his care. I could never thank them enough for their caring and thoughtfulness. It was such a relief for us when we realized he finally felt at home.
The facility has been a constant source of relief and comfort for me as the family of a resident. They take such great care of my family member, and treat her with such compassion, respect, kindness and humility. Megan especially has been helpful navigating the difficult times that arise, has been personally supportive of my sister and myself and I am very thankful. I’m so happy my sister can call this wonderful place home! Thank you to all the incredible faculty for doing such amazing work and being caring souls in the community! Well done.
Completely neglects your family member. And even if you call to have them do a check all they say is we will be right there and not do anything. For hours on end light on begging for help. No form of help. Answer is always someone is helping now. And then dont help.
Do not put family in this facility, they give you a tour of the best part of the building and pt center so they can put your loved ones in a room with 2 or 3 other people 1veteran laid in his own feces for 4 hours before he was assisted by staff, the showers rarely work and the food is not fit for people who want to survive and get better doordash is used by residents regularly, certain staff have created security risks by allowing boyfriends or partners to hang out in residents common area and watch TV, call lights will be on for 20+minutes complaining to the state does nothing, the OT does the bare minimum, PT does a solid job, I could essentially leave a novel about the negative aspects of this facility but do your research and don't fall for the sales pitch,
When we asked the nurse to help Our 93 ur old grandmother go to the bathroom ( has to be put into a wheelchair and taken) was told ,”no tell her to hold it.”Very disappointing that you can’t find good people to take good care of your family. If they do this to our face. What do they do when we are not there.
