I was here for 5 weeks receiving physical therapy for my recovery. Their physical and occupational therapists are AWESOME! They kept me motivated even when i hurt and thought I couldn't. They even gave me the tools to use after care, when I got out, to better myself physically. The nurses and aides really care about the residents. Very patient and kind, no matter how constantly busy they are! The cleaning staff really keep the individual rooms clean, daily. And are kind and friendly as well. Very patient and kind, no matter how constantly busy they are! The cleaning staff really keep the individual rooms clean, daily. And are kind and friendly as well. The activities deptpartment give the residents several activities to choose from daily and on weekends. Bingo is a big hit! The only reason I gave Arbors At Gallipolis a 4 star, rather than the 5 star they deserve, is the food quality of their meals. I was shocked at how bad, most of the meals they served there are. There are a few cooks in the kitchen that must care, as a few of the meals were quite good. However, the majority were awful and served cold when they should have been hot. I was appalled that these full time residents had to eat there. Not to leave out, the portions were more child sized than adult, often for dinner. The kitchen definitely needs someone who takes pride in their service and cares. Clearly not the case presently. The residents deserve better, and what they pay to reside here, absolutely should be better quality!

The care they give my Grandmother is up and above

I am at Arbors after a surgery. The staff are so friendly and helpful. It's like a family. I would encourage anyone needing a place, they should definitely come here. I wo5be so lost without these wonderful people. The therapy here is unbelievable. God bless everyone of them.I very much want to say that My nurse,Nancy here on 2nd floor is absolutely the most amazing woman. If all nurses were like her it would be amazing. I am home now. Arbors saved me. Without the amazing therapy ladies that worked with me every day. I don't know what I would have done. I saw alot of staff members during my…

Arbors saved me. Without the amazing therapy ladies that worked with me every day. I don't know what I would have done. I saw alot of staff members during my near month stay. And the second floor long hall was absolutely a 10 star in my book. They treated me with respect and decency. Not one person was disrespectful or rude. And that's my Truth. This is a facility of caring over the top care and caring. God bless them all

My brother's been there a few years. Every time I go out there the staff are friendly place is clean. And it's awesome that they have the holiday danner's for the residents

The staff leaves for smoke break every 5 mins diet orders aren’t done properly the staff leaves patient alone and soiled for hours refuse family members access and refuse to let my grandma fresh air and don’t clean the room

The nurses and the aides are nice. Mom has not been right for two weeks. Yesterday I called hospice from the nursing home. They called the nursing home asking for some blood work. We're pretty sure she has a UTI. The nurse told me that The doctor refused. One day later we're heading to ER.

Arbors has been great in their care of my mother
