Good luck getting ahold of them on the phone, it rang for a solid 3 minutes and then when someone answered I didn't even get to say what I was calling for before they put me on hold for 10+ minutes.
There super good people…
This place is awful. Do not send your family member here. My husband’s grandpa was supposed to be there for 20 days after 2 weeks in the hospital but was only there for 12 hours due to their lack of care and complete disregard for his well being and dignity. When we called to talk to a supervisor about the issue, we were told that they were understaffed. Everyone everywhere is understaffed. That does not excuse leaving someone sitting in their own feces for over an hour not once but twice and not keeping them properly hydrated. Completely unacceptable.
The photos are from years ago this place looks nothing like this. There is water pipes running below the ceilings in rooms. The smell of urine hits you as soon as you walk in. This place needs a complete renovation.. I’m sorry but it’s not fit for your loved ones. With the kind of money this place receives they definitely could clean it up.
This place is filthy. The nursing staff provide the patients will little to no privacy while the doors to patient rooms are left open while the nursing staff clean the patients of human waste. This place is in desperate need of a reliable maintenance person. Especially, one that would treat the parking lot for ice and snow. I have also witnessed a huge liability of the nursing home. While a nurse was serving patient meds, the nurse just laid down a patient's medication in a common area and did not witness the patient taking their medications or ensure that the medication wasn't taken by another patient.
they gave me jelly coop, 5 star
The staff is welcoming. the food is good.
Run so far away from this place and don’t look back, if you value your loved one’s life!!!! I wish our family would have known this then because we valued my mom’s life and she meant everything to her family, but they sure didn’t show an ounce of care there though and it was even worse after her passing. She was only there a short month. My mom died on Dec.18th, yeah right before Christmas, due to the staff there not listening and ignoring our concerns of her having pneumonia and letting it go too long to where she became septic and she acquired RSV there and then delaying help for her at a very critical time causing us to lose our precious mom. Within three days they are advertising her empty bed to fill and proof is on their Facebook page. This is no exaggeration. I wish it was. They must be that desperate. They were not sympathetic at all, and gave us a very hard time when we asked for her medical records. Then whenever a negative comment is made on their Facebook page to share an experience, they hide the comment and if another comment is made you are blocked so you are unable to share information that could help or be beneficial to others. They want to paint a pretty picture on their Facebook page, and whenever the truth comes out they cannot handle it so you are blocked. Another obvious red flag and another reason to add to the list confirming how sketchy the staff there is and to add to the list of many reasons as to why you should stay away from this facility. Your loved one deserves better care and deserves to be around good people, not fake people pretending that they care for their advertisement purposes. Plus it’s very ugly and outdated and I should have listened to that terrible gut feeling I got the first day my mom was there. You have heard the saying to listen to that gut feeling, it’s true. I sure wish I had and got her out of there. So many regrets having her there.
