A big thank you the staff of 2 West. The entire team provide exceptional care. The nurses, especially Shawnette, aides, management, kitchen and housekeeping were warm and treated us like family. Thank you for going the extra mile to provide awesome care.
This is an outstanding facility that gives excellent care! The staff are companionate and respectful. I've had great experiences with all the nurses and staff. The DON Tieara and Executive Director Brian are prompt with communication and always available. Would definitely recommend Aristocrat Berea!

I have been a resident at Aristocrat Berea and I enjoyed my time there immensely. I enjoyed the staff, Activities and the friends that became family. This was my home for a time and I'm grateful for the experience.
I was impressed with the quality of care for my family member and the genuine care and love shown from the staff. The DON was very communicative and helpful!
As a therapist, I have treated many clients in many settings, however I have never had the pleasure of working with such dedicated staff members as I have at the Aristocrat. They're commitment to their resident's quality of life is unsurpassed in the industry. That holds true from the kitchen staff, to the Executive team, the nurses, and everyone else that I've encountered. Surpassing expectations is a daily event at the Aristocrat.
I have been trying to talk to my husband... They put you on hold and never come back ... called back over 19 times ... no answer. Wish I could post my call log... please DO NOT PUT YOUR FAMILY MEMBERS HERE.
Today I went to go visit a family at Aristocrat Berea as I walked to the front door I was greeted by the 2 ladies that was sitting on the bench they were so sweet. Then I was greeted again by the lovely receptionist who was also kind to me an she also made sure I got to where I was going. As I was walking through the building I could smell the food coming from the kitchen it smelled AMAZING 😃
