4.0 · 9 reviewsGenerally a decent place. Communication needs serious work. I have emailed regarding my parents MULTIPLE times and they only answered one time. Never emailed a final bill like asked. $900 for paint and sealant is pretty high. Biggest advice, communication needs to be alot better. I never received a call back like I was told to learn about other charges. There has been like 5 different managers since my parents moved into the facility. Whatever the issue is, needs fixed because the manager is only on site like 1 day a week. Sometimes not even 1 day.
My Wife and I are enjoying our new apartment at Ashley Grove, The facility is kept very clean and our apartment is in super condition ,also the people/ tenants here are very welcoming. We were treated with great respect and professionalism from Renee Lawrence (Property Manager) she made our transition/ paperwork effortlessly for us. I think she is a great asset to her company and look forward to our relationship in the years to come.
Wish I had never moved here! Edit 8/28/23: Way overpriced! And expect the $50 increase every freaking year. A teenage high school drama center. Old ladies fighting weekly. Gossip central. This is way worse than high school girls. And by the way I'm the only man here, is for women that love to fuss and fight. The cops come here they write charges up on women. Now we're talking 85-year-old women, acting as children. Managers here maybe 2 hours a week if lucky. I been here 4 years and this is the 4th manager. BEWARE! You will regret it if you come here, 90% of everybody I know here hates this…

You will regret it if you come here, 90% of everybody I know here hates this place. I forgot one important thing. If you have breathing issues you better stay away because this place blows drywall dust through the HVAC 24/7. I vacuum every day and every morning my floor looks like dandruff and it's not just my apartment it's every apartment in the building. They didn't clean THE Air Ducts out when they put the heating and air conditioning in. I don't know about you but drywall dust gives me a fake cold and flu symptom for about a week.

This is a nice community for good care. The staff is nice and helpful and this is a nice environment. They have activities for the residents. This is a good environment. We would recommend that families tour this community for care for a loved one with a nice value for a nice place to call home.
