David provided retirement community options that immediately fit our financial profile. He gave us valuable inside information and we felt confident and comfortable in our ultimate choice. The search process was overwhelming until David pointed us in the right direction and answered a thousand questions along the way. Thank you, David!
Dave Flautt was incredible. We didn't know where to start with out of town family that needed assisted living. He immediately set us up with a wonderful place and even went to tour it with us. I would highly recommend reaching out to him for any elder care needs/advice.

Exceptional people. These folks are well versed in all the options within their territory, plus they are above and beyond caring. My consult, and now friend, attended the meetings, so that I was comfortable. He asked questions that I didn’t think about and made this difficult process much lighter. I cannot thank him enough. Caring for an elderly parent has been one of the most stressful times of my life. Trying to find resources to support Mom’s care and needs was overwhelming. Other services that I spoke with were national and not familiar with specific Cincinnati resources or facilities. David surpassed every other service I spoke with. He was compassionate and knowledgeable with specific solutions in the local area. He answered all of my questions and followed up often to ensure I had the best information to make the most informed decisions for Mom. Such a blessing.
Very informative and took lots of time with me and my mom through intake call, attending tours with us and follow up post tours to determine needs and hear our feedback. It was incredibly helpful to have an experienced set of eyes and ears to navigate big life changes!
