my dad was severely neglected at this facility, mind you there were many different facilities because insurance kept switching him to different locations until he unfortunately passed. my dad ended up getting cdiff in your care, was left in a break room for god knows how long sitting up in a wooden chair when he wasn't even supposed to be sitting up. nobody was informed including his roommate about the highly contagious cdiff that my dad contracted from this facility. there were cockroaches, bed bugs, mice. the staff does not care. 0/-0 stars.

I am dissapointed in how my brother who lives here is taken care of. His hair is oily, not shaven and there is stuff under his bed. His nails are dirty and long. I know residents complain but the visual shows the truth. No mater what, or who yhe resident is, it's your responsibility to ensure they are all equally cared for. Dignity is everything in a healthcare facility and this isn't a priority here. This used to be a quality home.

Have visited people over the years had a wonderful visit today good idea to check temperatures of the door was treated really well by staff and had an overall great visit thank you so much
