4.6 · 89 reviewsNice place ppl seem friendly and caring my great aunt has been there for about seven years or so and when she first went I saw her and was like oh this place is okay and over the last several years or so it has formed into a very beautiful place and seems very so much more like a beautiful retirement home to look forward to instead of just a nursing home or a place ppl go it floors are so pretty and look amazing and the set up they have going in there feels so warm and cozy and comfortable a place to be Rather than go to just to pass away or for rehab it feels like a place anyone would love…

There are some amazing nurses at this facility. But one nurse who sticks out is Kortney Heminger! She will get you laughing by her jokes and by her all types of music she blurts out!
Couldn’t ask for a better night shift team to work with, Kortney, Beth Tammie, Brianna, and Amanda are just a few of the workers that go above and beyond to make sure their residents and employees are taken care of! Truly an amazing team to work with!

Staff super friendly. Had a family member rave about someone who worked nights there she said she was a taller pretty blonde I think the name was Courtney? Not sure but I wanna thank her for making my aunt so happy
Autumnwood seems to be really changed for the better these days. Super nice staff. It's way better now than it ever was. They are really kind to my mother. Some days it's just a little on the warm side for my comfort. But all in all very impressed.
Our Grandma was there in the 80’s and it was a smelly place to die. Now, what a pleasant experience . Our visit was wonderful. We had not seen her in over 20years. The nurses had put 4 chairs in the room prior to our arrival and asked frequently if we would like something to drink.
