As of recently is under new ownership and has only been getting better since. They are always doing nice things for staff and residents. For Easter they had a staff member dressed in a bunny costume go around the facility and visiting residents. They went around the community inviting families to come to the Easter Egg hunt they hosted and the kids got to color, play and win Easter baskets, cotton candy and a bag filled with eggs full of candy. Overall, Autumnwood is a great nursing home. The staff is very caring and friendly and goes above and beyond. As of recently is under new ownership and has only been getting better since. They are always doing nice things for staff and residents. For Easter they had a staff member dressed in a bunny costume go around the facility and visiting residents. They went around the community inviting families to come to the Easter Egg hunt they hosted and the kids got to color, play and win Easter baskets, cotton candy and a bag filled with eggs full of candy. I would highly recommend Autumnwood to anyone looking for a loving, cozy place to have a loved one cared for. Thank you Autumnwood staff for being great!
The Nursing staff and CNA’s are the very best! They’ve been extremely attentive to a close family member who was admitted for rehab and care while waiting for improvements for surgery. Everyone from his dietician to his physical therapist have been awesome!
Autumn Wood has compassionate caring stuff who are focused on ensuring a quality of life for each individual patient meeting their needs. The leadership at autumnwood has my admiration. Healthcare in this day and age is very difficult to manage day to day with everything that changes on a constant basis. This leadership team though answers calls and immediately attempts to resolve any issues that may be brought forward. I have nothing but good things to say about autumnwood.

Autumn wood has patient focused care. Staff are always willing to go the extra mile to ensure safety an quality of care. In this current healthcare crisis the strong leadership stands out. I can always go to them with concerns an they are quickly addressed!!
Dietary team at Autumnwood is top tier. Whenever I visit my brother I am met with a smile and a guest tray. The meal is always restaurant quality and I appreciate that the manager goes out of her way to do the little things to accommodate my brothers picky eating habits. Nurse Jen has also been incredibly helpful to my brothers recovery. Great job guys.
My spouse has been residing at Autumnwood and generally the experience has been quite positive. The staff here is caring, the premises are clean, and the dietary and nurses here do an exceptional job ensuring residents comfort and care.
The level of staff letting patients going to other rooms is beyond me. All patients needs to knock or ask the aid to enter another patients room. My stuff is being stolen such as a cane that's been on my dad's side of the family for over 31 years and been passed down from my grandfather to my dad and to me. That's the only thing physical thing i have that's very sentimental to me for all those years. Losing that is losing the part of me and my dad's side of the family. This i can't simply replace. Therapy on the other hand has have had the equipment to do physical and occupational. They are well better equipped. Staff are very friendly they will work with you over the conditions you are facing. They push you to your limits but within the limits your body is able to.
I'm glad I waited several weeks to post this, but despite the worn appearance of several areas in rooms, Autumnwood earns 5 stars for the friendly, compassionate staff. Call lights are answered promptly. Pain meds are administered, when requested, quickly if within medical orders. Though food is probably nutritious for older adults, I was not fond of the one choice meals, but the staff tried to suggest alternative selections. When you're older are you expected to eat fruit at every meal and drink milk?! Short term rehab or long term resident, the caring, professional staff is at the heart of Autumnwood.
