3.9 · 84 reviewsThis place is horrible!!!! My mom was here for 1 day and we decided this was not the right fit. My mom is bed bound and left unattended all night, her calls were left unanswered, she was left with nobody to help her use the restroom or to clean her up she sat all night dirty! Then when we decided to discharge her they refused to help us safely move her out the facility. This place is a joke if your loved ones are here please reevaluate their living situation because they’re not being cared for.
I had the opportunity to visit the Aventura Walton Hills facility. I was extremely impressed. Every person was welcoming, approachable, and helpful. I took a tour and the facility was impeccable, had a pleasant fresh scent, the rooms were well maintained, and the residents were comfortable and content. I’ve been in many Assisted Livings across Northeast Ohio due to my profession, I can honestly say, Walton Hills is one of the most outstanding facilities I have toured.
This facility is clean with caring staff. The residents are kept busy with a variety of interesting activities and receive good nursing care. The doctor and nurse practitioner are in the building five days a week so medical changes are addressed propmtly. The therapy department has many successes!

I love the staff here. My mom receives good care. The Administrator Teresa Lane and the new nursing director appear to be proactive. I had a couple of minor concerns and they were already on top of it. I like that I can talk to the nurse practitioner who oversees my mom’s care daily if needed.
My experience at Walton Hills nursing home was great. My relative really likes the staff . It’s a very clean facility. I visited my relative during meals. The meal looked good, It was brought to my relative in a timely manner and it was nice and hot.The staff were attentive compassionate, and took good care of my grandmother. I highly recommend this facility
This facility reeks of urine and the common areas aren't cleaned on a consistent basis. I don't know about now but it was like that between July and October 2025.
Let me tell you run away .not the best care my brother was there took him out .no one really took care of him I had to change him .he was soaked from not being changed had bed sores did not change him put in a hospital gown .and no shower .hard to get medicine took 2 hours sometimes. Ask the nursing supervisor to get the medicine and was told nurse has the only key really not true.do not care about the people. We could go on and on just a few things from alot better place had him moved right away.made me give a star to post or I would not of given that.
Very nice and welcoming facility. They are opening a new ventilator unit. Very exciting! Come and check it out!!
