I've been here for 3 months recuperating with a broken femur. During my stay I've come across some fine professional people and then some other employees here that are not so. Stefan,Dez,and Tonya are three of the best aids working here as well as the women in the physical therapy department, Debbie, Sherri, and Emma. If not for these employees my stay here would not have been pleasant at all. I have chosen to highlight the names of certain excellent employees rather than focus on poor employees. I would genuinely like to be giving a great review of this facility however at the state of the…

If not for these employees my stay here would not have been pleasant at all. I have chosen to highlight the names of certain excellent employees rather than focus on poor employees. I would genuinely like to be giving a great review of this facility however at the state of the healthcare system in this country prevents me from doing so. I can only name few chosen professionals who do their job well and they're truly meant to work in this occupation. The nursing staff here has always been competent in my experience although they are spread too thin much like every other position here. Doctors on the other hand are another story they are very rare to get a hold of in person I don't believe they spend much time in the facility or actually interacting with residents, again that's only from my personal experience. With all that having been said this is as honest a review as I can give.
Absolutely terrible. My daughter was sent here for rehab after a stroke. Her room had huge holes in the walls above her bed, they continually gave her the wrong medication or just didn't bother to give her her meds at all - my daughter said that she crawled out into the hall in the middle of the night to beg the nurses for her medication. Food was unbelievably bad and not much of it. Utterly filthy and the smell was beyond belief. Nothing worked properly, the elevator was constantly broken, the automatic door in the front lobby didn't work and the receptionist had to muscle it open to let you…

I called the state to report this dump - I sincerely hope they shut it down. Do not put your loved one in this terrible place.
This place is far from the description on their site it the complete opposite. I wouldn't refer my worst enemy to this facility. The staff are rude and awful to the patients the place is beyond filthy the smell in unacceptable. I recommend not wasting your time to even consider placing your loved one here.
Very awful nursing home my dad got his wheelchair stolen from him by this facility after he left and was hospitalize he decided to go to another nursing home so I went to pick up his stuff and they repetitively lied saying he never had a wheelchair that belong to him Michael the administrator definitely needs to learn at being a better liar because this one won't work for me truly hope this place decides to figure out how to replace what they stole. Also my dad said that the food was always nasty . I would definitely give a review of 0 if possible
I hope the state shuts this place DOWN. If i could leave a review without even one star, I would. A close relative, I won't say who, was transferred to this facility based on false information, showing on paper that this facility is 4/5 stars, clean, with lots of accolades. I wouldn't let my dog stay here, but not because of the workers - they're AWESOME. Instead, the facility itself is run down, dirtier than h-e-double hockey sticks, with 40 year old carpet that runs through a facility that deals with bodily fluids. The workers have it bad enough in these conditions, let alone letting patients stay here. Who has carpet in a medical facility? I can only imagine how many bodily fluids have been soaking for all these years. It's completely unsanitary. It's like putting carpet in a bathroom. The walls and floors EXUDE filth. Don't count on a room with a tv. You have to provide that. And ice water? You have to ask for it, and hope that one of the overworked and underappreciated staff members has time to get it for you. They dont give their patients anything. My relative is in a nasty, old room, stuck between a dirty curtain and a nasty wall with dilapidated 40-year-old wallpaper with scratch marks all over. I can't imagine if it was a patient or a rat that did it, but.... either would make sense. There are no air vents in the room. We had to go out and buy a fan. And even though this relative is a fall risk and can not get out of bed on their own, they dont have side rails on the beds. Amd the food? It's dog food served in a Styrofoam container. That's the best I can say about it. This facility is not only outdate. Itt's neglected. If they can let the building get this neglected, imagine how much they care about the people staying here. So while you're paying $500/day to stay here, ask yourself, where is all my money going? Because it sure as heck isn't going to the facility. It's lining someone's pockets.
This place is deplorable!!! If I had known this place was in such disrepair we would have never chosen to have my husband do his rehabilitation in. After having 2 heart attacks he needs help getting back on his feet. If I could move him I would but this is what is approved by Medicare? This place needs shut down.
Horrible place. Nurses sit at desks on their phones, multiple call light are on. But get told “We are too backed up right now” Doing what? Watching TikToks? The activity aids was more helpful than the nurses. The food was something I wouldn’t even give to a dog. Uncooked, overcooked, extremely small portions. I seen food come out almost a hour late. The kitchen staff if toxic. Arguments, no communication. Nurses expected everyone else to drop what they are doing because the nurses need something when they can just do it themselves. The nurses wanna be charge so bad I say let everyone else go home and leave that to the nurses since they wanna complain about how “they gotta do everything around here” .
If I could rate this place a no star or even just a half I would. My mother in law was placed here ( not by our choice) and the care she recieved was just disgusting. First off she is a dialysis patient she does have a port. They never gave her a shower because they said they couldn't do to the port. She hadn't had a shower in 4 months. Her roommate screamed all day and all night. The roommate asked one of us to suck her toes, then wanted us to crawl in bed with her between her legs. Like REALLY! My mother in law was literally going insane. There is ABSOLUTELY no housekeeping at all the whole building smells like poop and it hits you hard right in the face as soon as you step off the elevator. Her room was never cleaned there was food all over the floor for weeks. There was dried poop on the toilet from god knows who because they never used it. My mother in law had to ask to be changed, her roommate would scream to be changed. Just a mess. Food was always late and gross. This place needs help! Or shut down. We took her out as soon as we could and they asked why......we were nice and said we wanted her closer to us, but in reality I wanted to say because it's freaking gross here and how do you not know it??? Please check these places out before putting your loved ones in.
