Short staffed. Not always someone at the entrance office if you're looking for someone
The nursing staff took very good care of me during my stay. I had one very bad night and the night aide Destiny went out of her way to take care of me and not make me feel bad about anything. I would highly recommend Forest Hill.
Unfortunately the rudeness of the staff outweighs any of the good ones.
If leaving a patient on a bedpan for 3 hours is okay with you this is the place for you. If serving food with no utensils and the patient not being able to reach the call button which then had to eat breakfast with hands is okay with you this is the place for you. These will be reported to the state. Along with a few other things I will be addressing!!
I’ve never been in one of these places. My first night I had a melt down. Jordan was my nurse. She took time to explain what was happening and really cared. I’ll never forget her passion.
Overall a very nice facility. The staff is pleasant! Clean and neat!
I’ve been to a couple different places and this one is a decent to say the least. Staff are really nice and friendly people. Residents are also very nice genuine people. I would recommend this place for my family. It is a bit warmer than some places so if you’re hot bodied like myself I would recommend you getting a fan before coming here. Physical therapy department seems like they actually care about each resident. Food is 5 out of ten. But they have alternatives for each meal that you may not like . So that’s a plus. I’m having less trouble getting my laundry back than I’ve had at other places. Overall they are a decent place. I’ve had no major issues with it here
This place is absolutely the worse facility I have seen. My mother was taken there for rehabilitation. In the process she got a UTI and we had to transport her by ambulance to Reynolds for the test. The nurses refuse to take our calls. Our mother has another UTI and still no UA. The director of nursing won't even take our calls. Also, be carefull of nurse Stephanie.....she has NO concerns for the patients and keep putting off the UA test for days. Horrendous they treat their patients like this. DO NOT USE THIS FACILITY!!!
