One of the best facilities around. One of my family members is currently there. Always clean and staff are very nice and caring.
Miranda the dietary manager is the best she tries her hardest to make everyone happy and makes the best food!

One of the cleanest smelling nursing homes I ever been in. The dietary manager is amazing and goes above and beyond in the kitchen!
This facility has came a long way! They have completed renovations, and opened a private room hallway. The staff are all amazing, in every department. Management is actively involved, and the DON, Haley addresses concerns timely and goes above and beyond. There has been a huge improvement in the food. I am so thankful for a wonderful, caring facility.
Beckett House is looking real nice with the renovations. The building is clean and doesn’t smell like a typical nursing home. All the staff is friendly and the food is good!
Please do not put your loved ones in the Beckett House in New Concord Ohio. Call buttons go unanswered for more than 30 minutes. Patients never get their showers when they are supposed to. The meals they get are awful and always cold. They serve cool aid for juice. They are so understaffed. New workers work for a couple of days and quit. Underpaid I suppose. The people that work in the front office’s are very uncaring, especially the director of nursing Haleigh, she is one nasty person. The people in the front office should do their job and check on workers to make sure they are doing their jobs..
