This is the worst place I've ever seen I would give them a negative zero if I could the building is disgusting the staff talks to patients curse at them they take their disability checks don't follow up with doctors appointments the food is horrible never have the staff they are supposed to have the receiptonst acting like a social worker this place should be out of business!!!!!!
Checking in to see how Danny, and Patricia Caldwell are doing. Please treat them with dignity and respect.
they killed my BIL in 2019. He had terminal cancer and insurance really wanted him in an outpatient care, but due to his young age, most nursing homes didn't want to take him. He was at Isabelle Ridgeway for less than 2 hours. they made him stand for weight, when he'd been bedridden for months, with a massive skin graft on his leg, and because he was dropped off late evening, they told us that he wouldn't get his meds until morning. We called 911 and brought him back to the cancer hosptial, but that detour changed his health, the staff at OSU didn't even recognize him because he'd…

Stayed here for a total of 2 months and it's a lock down facility set smoke times not allowed to leave freely if in stepping stones
I wish I could give it zero stars. My mother wasn’t safe there. They didn’t follow fall precautions and she fell twice, hitting her head and getting a hematoma. They moved her into a dirty room they didn’t bother cleaning or disinfecting before her arrival. The place is filthy and everything is damaged. Her oxygen tank popped and caught fire in her room. Then they gave her another broken oxygen tank. I reported this terrible facility to the state!! Don’t bring your loved one here. You’ll regret it.
It’s nasty and disgusting here. They serve the residents low quality food here. I would not recommend sending my loved ones here. Someone kept stealing my grandmother’s snacks. I would rate a zero if I could.
It's OK it's improved alot since I first got here but still needs some work can't be two places at once-in-a-lifetime
This place is the worst nursing home rehabilitation place I have ever seen or heard of I would not recommend sending a Aunt to this place or a cockroach they’re absolutely rude unprofessional does not care about their patientsThe nurse the other day says she cannot pass out meds because she was in the middle of FaceTime and her husband that was more important than giving the patients the care that they needed for the medication that’s so nice of them
