I am very pleased with the excellent quality of care given by caregivers who are well-trained, patient and kind. They feel like family. They care about each resident’s needs and interests. The wide range of activities they provide engage residents physically and mentally. The menu and food are very good. The cleaning and maintenance staff do a great job. I am truly thankful for Bickford of Worthington Memory Care.

We had to pick an assisted living community for my mother on short notice. The Bickford was recommended to me by a fellow nurse. It has been a wonderful experience for my family. It was not what my mother nor we had planned for her at this time, but the welcoming atmosphere, small space and number of residents and kind and compassionate care has made it home for her. The activities keep her engaged and active and she has many wonderful friends. I would recommend the Bickford to anyone looking for assisted living.

The team takes the time to get to know each resident and treat them like family. It’s clear that they take pride in what they do. Bickford of Worthington is the brst assisted living and Memory care. If you are looking for a place for your loved one visit the Branch. i have volunteered there for years. The staff care deeply for the residents. Glasgow Hockett is an amazing person. I am happy she is the Executive Director now.
