3.6 · 27 reviewsNothing in place for infection control. Therapies are very limited and ineffective because it is controlled by funding more than patient care and individual needs. Food is high carb and hi t h sodium as most is boxed, canned, prepackaged items.

A few nice nurses and STNAS. The care was questionable. Request for medical things like a wheelchair with no tread on the wheels. The socks was never gotten for him. Request were made to the DON. They messed up on his medication not good. Wasn't aware till after he was on it for a while. The rooms were not clean. The food was a joke. Was not pleased at all. Disappointed.
Great Team Work! Compassionate
Blossom Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is very clean. The nurses are very attentive and I had no bad thing to say about them. Everything's been just fine. Everybody's friendly and all. My wife's room is very nice. If I want to bring in a small refrigerator or chairs, couches, or whatever to make her feel comfortable, they allow all of that. So, her room is nice. The food part is hospitalish, but it's OK. She eats it and the dining area is very clean and well-kept. So far, every one of them I've run into with anything is great. They listen and they've taken great care of her.
So far my husband has been treated very well ☺️. The staff is very friendly thank you blossom but the house keeping needs alot of improvements!!
