Best place my mom has been since coming out of the hospital two years ago. Her aorta ruptured followed by 4 strokes and a seizure and instantly went into a coma right before Mother’s Day of 2024. It’s been a hell of a rollercoaster finding a good place for trach and G tube along with staff that truly cares. I didn’t have a true peace of mind or get any rest until my mom was moved here. No place is perfect but when you have an issue, they schedule a meeting to resolve the issue right away. Truly feels like family every time myself or my family comes through the doors. No place is perfect but when you have an issue, they schedule a meeting to resolve the issue right away. Truly feels like family every time myself or my family comes through the doors. They are so good to my mom. She gets all the care she needs. I’m so grateful for Bridgetown.

I came here through intely I got a call from my daughter’s teacher at 12:30. That said she was sick she threw up she had diarrhea no fever but they wanted me to come and get her. They did tell me that I can wait a couple hours. I Told the nurse I had to leave by three. The nurse told me that was fine to go. Tell the scheduler I didn’t have time to tell the schedule. I guess the nurse told the schedule provide a chance to the scheduler, came back yelling and cussing that I should not have picked up a shift if I was not going to work it I then explained to her the issue with my daughter. I guess the nurse told the schedule provide a chance to the scheduler, came back yelling and cussing that I should not have picked up a shift if I was not going to work it I then explained to her the issue with my daughter. She told me I can leave at three just to make sure I got all my showers done. I got my showers done in three came. I went to the Nurse to be clocked out she would not clock me out. I went to the scheduler. She told me she’s not clocking me out to go talk to the DON, The DON nor the administrator is in the building And the nurses and the scheduler knew that no one would clock me out for 30 minutes eventually I left and had to call Aunt Telly to get clocked out. This is not the place to be. They are very rude Denise at the front desk at some very harsh things to me told me it was not Her fault that I have children

Extremely rude people that work there

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Bridgetown Nursing and Rehabilitation, and I was truly impressed by the warm and inviting atmosphere. Upon entering the facility, I was greeted by a stunning fish tank that immediately set a calming tone. It's a beautiful focal point that not only adds charm but also creates a soothing environment for residents and visitors alike. The facility also boasts a large outdoor space, which is perfect for residents to enjoy fresh air and sunshine. It’s well-maintained and offers a peaceful setting for activities or simply relaxing.

The Bridgetown community is a wonderful place! The staff works to make every day special.

The facility is clean and odor free. The rooms are spacious and comfortable.

Activity Staff and Marketing - Ramona and Kat - are great to work with - they strive to have meaningful and fun programs for the residents!!

Nasty staff. Don't put you're family in here.
