As a referral source to Brookdale of Wooster, I truly appreciate the prompt response from Marcus and his medical team. I take the time to build trust and rapport with my clients and the honest rapport and willingness to always dive deeper into ways to assist my clients is much appreciated. Memory care and the discussion on dementia can be such a difficult reality for many, and this team has always been so gracious to my clients in these vulnerable moments. I am thankful to have this community in our partnership to help our CarePatrol clients.
Brookdale has been a good fit for our mom. The staff is caring and attentive and the facility is clean.
What we like the most about Brookdale Wooster is the friendliness of the staff and the cleanliness. [name removed] was wonderful. We would absolutely recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had.
I did my clinic here for med tech this place and awesome. I love how everyone made me feel good . Ashley you are a blessing . Thank you good again
I had a great experience with one nurse in particular. She was great about communicating with me regarding my mom since I lived out of the area and was ver compassionate and knowledgeable. In general staff was helpful. When my mom's situation changed and I wanted her to move to a room that opened up closer to the nursing station, staff moved furniture and equipment when I wasn't able to be there. I noticed that even dining room staff had skills in working with individuals with dementia and their unique challenges. Also, there were very few times I noticed unpleasant smells in the facility.
After giving 45 day notice my mom would be leaving end Oct still got a bill Nov with added charges for Sept! Charged her for food trays showers I went almost every day to help her shower I cleaned her room empty trash which was never empty and was always a smell in the room my mom left Oct 8th so they basically had an empty room they were slow at returning phone calls also
Brookdale offers a comprehensive and caring environment for seniors who are pursuing that next phase in life where medication management, meal preparation, housekeeping, and daily involvement with peers is essential for healthy life.
Very friendly staff and would recommend!! Marcus is great!
