4.1 · 37 reviewsThey left my dad sit in his pee pants only gave him one shower the whole time he was there for five days and also left him sit in chair whole time when I picked him up his pants were soaked and they just pushed him out front and left him also they lost his clothes and didn’t give me all his medicine when leaving and it was his insulin poor service I wouldn’t advise anybody to put their loved one’s in there it use to be a good place when my mom was there but this new ownership does not care about their patients and from what I understand their employees also They also had the nerve to call and…

Excels as a great Nursing/rehab facility for short-term as well as long-term patients. The staff provides interest for the patients and nunerous activities are planned. Providing excellence is a priority for all. Improving what they already do is always on their mind.
Been an aid here for 12 years now, I love that I get to meet and take care of many peoples family members and loved ones, I get to share laughs and love with these amazing people and I also get to work with great staff daily. I feel we do a pretty good job at suiting all our patients needs.
Buckeye Forest staff and management have been top notch in caring for my mother these past couple of years! Led by a stellar team, they have been swift to attend to all her needs, correct any hiccups, and they make Mama feel wanted and loved.. Having worked in other nursing homes in years past, I confidently recommend them as number ONE in southeastern Ohio.
I shared a review earlier about my sister's Christmas dinner which she claimed was three bean salad bread and butter and lettuce. I received a call from one of the workers there and they assured me that a full course Christmas dinner was served and I do think my sisters having some issues and confusion so disregard what was said earlier I do appreciate them getting to the bottom of it and assuring me that there was a nice dinner served
My mom went here after having incredible care at the hospital. Maybe we were spoiled but this place was so unorganized and janky. Equipment didn't work, had to ask for scheduled breathing treatments and my mom only stayed 26 hours because she was not given her needed medications. Notice the 5 star ratings are from staff... not people who've been there. Pick ANY other place for your loved ones.
