Buckeye Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center

I Called the state a few days ago and hopefully the state of Ohio will handle this because management doesn't care this is buckeyes staff stna no uniform no badge mean nasty attitudes your call light ring forever forced to sit in my own urine and poop I cry when I see them in the building different occasions same thing every shift thy sleep for hours they don’t even hide Im afraid im going to die in this place i’m ready I can’t take care of myself im gonna die in here nobody will get to me in time because there’s no one checking on us I hate not knowing what care I’m gonna receive dayshift isn’t as bad as night shift but is a terrifying these two are the worst I’ve ever seen The bad apples outweigh the good ones I'm scared in this place I hope they don’t work tonight If anyone knows how to get these pictures to channel10 please let me know something must be done this place need caring staff please

Ufff that place is a joke joke i wont write a lot just look at the pictures i was there from the 26 to the 28 bad bada exp nurse change my dressing on my foot use the same one back the provide insulin with pit to check my levels iv open nos vaped bedd was a. Mess i sleep on the florr this day shower on ly one no clean after each use. Nasty nasty place i hlad i scape im on my way to the dep of health yess

The facility is filthy and the staff is just as nasty. There were aids there that it seems like they went out of their way to be mean. I felt like I was going to catch something just standing in there. I’m sure that everyone is plenty over worked but that truly has nothing to do with me. The nurses were just as dismissive and unpleasant to be around. I have never been around such an inconsiderate staff with a stuck up attitude. It was almost as if the people there knew me and they had a preconceived beef with me the second I walked into the door. If people leaving bad reviews won’t shut that place down, I’m sure state will. Only send your family here if you don’t love them. Fr. Like I went to the bathroom to have some giggling old lady that worked there immediately start banging on the door for me to get out. Even the handy man was rude. And there one STNA old, black, with a matted pony tail who was truly The bane to my existence in my short stay there. Seriously I was bothering no one and this woman found a way to bother me. Crazy. Disgusting facility.

This place is a mess from top to bottom! If you’re looking for chaos, unhelpful management, and a daily surprise of who’s living in the building — this is the place for you! The admission director’s door is always shut (must be exhausting doing nothing all day), and management’s best skill is ignoring problems until they explode. Staff is overworked & expected to handle situations that should never happen in a licensed facility. 10/10 would not recommend unless you enjoy stress and drama. If you value your sick family member, license or your sanity look elsewhere.

The health department needs to be called on them they need shut down
