The people are great and the Marketing Director is knowledgeable and goes above and beyond with her energetic personality!! Stop in and see Samantha!!!
I recently sponsored a lovely event at Canterbury Villa “Step into summer with Seniors”. It was a wonderful experience! Samantha Nutter, the marketing and admissions director, was delightful to work with!! I had a chance to tour the building and I was very impressed!!
They're so friendly here! The residents are all really sweet and seem well cared for. I enjoyed my visit today when I chatted with a resident named Clyde, who was a hoot. Overall, it's a nice place where it feels like they capture the vibe of the Alliance community. I'm looking forward to visiting again!
My in-laws are permanent residents of Canterbury Villa of Alliance. I like their attention to detail as far as their needs. The building is very good. It's one floor and there are four wings off the central area for rooms. The staff is very good. If you have a question, they will stop and take care of your question right away. Food is OK. There are specific needs for both my in-laws and they're very picky eaters, but overall, it's pretty good. The activities are also good. They have church services, people who come in and sing, group meetings, and activities. They do quite a bit out there. It's just that my in-laws don't want to participate in that.
As a professional working in an assisted living community I work with numerous skilled nursing & rehab facilities. I don't hesitate to refer families in need of skilled services to Canterbury Villa of Alliance. I have witnessed first hand the attention & love given to the residents & their families. Samantha Nutter will guide you through the entire process. Samantha always responds quickly when I contact her, and goes above & beyond to make families feel comfortable. The entire staff makes it their priority to make the residents & their loved ones feel like family. Thank you, Samantha Nutter & the entire staff at Canterbury Villa of Alliance, for everything you do to help residents & their loved ones!
My mom was transferred to Canterbury Villas after multiple incidence at another facility that left her feeling unsafe and nervous. My mom had severe anxiety and at times had pretty debilitating panic attacks. unfortunately her health took a turn for the worse and she passed away recently. I could not be more happy with the care at Canterbury. Every place has their problems. Everyone has issues now and then, but I saw nothing but compassion from these people and my mom felt safe and well cared for. The staff was so patient with her. Thank you so much for making her feel safe
Wonderful staff and facility!
