3.9 · 72 reviewsThe time I spent at Cardinal Woods couldn't have been better. Everyone on the staff that I had I interactions with were kind and considerate of my situation. The patient staff were helpful and easy to talk to, the therapists I worked with were all phenomenal and the office/administration staff I spoke with during my stay made everything easy to understand and were helpful with any questions I had. All in all what started as a bad situation for myself was made much better and less uncomfortable by everyone here.
The staff is very engaged with the patients they care for, they are friendly and thoughtful.
My mother is a resident there and they never answer the phone or have her call me . I am not happy at with this place so far. They won’t let her have a phone in her room at all…..

Upon visiting this facility, I was very impressed with what a beautiful location. Everything was very clean and pristine. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this wonderful establishment to anyone looking for a loving and caring facility for their loved one. Closest place I’ve seen that feels like home away from home.

I visited Cardinal Woods recently and was delighted at how beautiful and clean the facility was! The location is amazing being in a quiet, wooded setting really seems to add calmness to the building. The staff were all friendly and welcoming, especially the travel DON and ED. I would highly recommend bringing a family member here.
The staff are very nice everything was wonderful Eric nice sometimes residents or staff members bring in their pets and I've been here for about 7 or 8 years and I won't trust any other nursing home
