We have had the worst experiences with this company! No one knows what’s going on scheduling changes without telling patient! Bloodwork getting lost, not sending another person out to draw for 3 weeks and still there’s issue and it not getting done. Administration is rude! Would not recommend!!!! If you care about your loved one look elsewhere !!!!! WOULD. NOT RECOMMEND!!!!!
The administration is extremely incompetent! A "computer glitch" lost our original therapy order; the guaranteed appointment date came and went; therapists call the night before the appt (or not) and show up whether they reach you or not. If you call with any concerns or questions, no one calls you back. We decided to cancel their services and go with another company when a so-called therapist showed up unscheduled at my mother's door, who has dementia, and asked her to take off her top during her OT therapy session.

The administration that sends out the nurses is incompetent. They call the night before, change times, don't show up, they have only one INR machine and few qualified nurses who can use it.I complained to a manager and was told that's just the way they do things. I had complicated open heart surgery and have missed other doctor's apointments because of Brookdale's policymakers, and performance. I would not use or recommend them and regret choosing them!
