There are not enough words to express my gratitude to Dr. Maria Tranto and the Staff at the Meadows. While my grandmothers stay was short there, everyone went above and beyond. Thank you from the granddaughter of Billie McDonald.

This facility is amazing! Both of my parents have Dementia and can be hard to handle. The staff are incredible with them, handling everything with a sense of humor that is hard to find elsewhere. I've had staff call to ask their favorite snacks and shows, etc. They make my parents feel at home and like they have people they can talk to there. Social Service has been beyond wonderful. She responds to everything I ask, does her best, and has a great attitude! My parents love the food there and talk about the breakfast menu especially. In these times of COVID, it can be hard for staff to give care safely, but I have dropped in and found the staff doing a GREAT job at following the protocols that keeps everyone as safe as possible. When the big snow storm was coming in recently, they even had staff that willing stayed the night to ensure there would be care staff that could work the morning. Forward thinking is incredibly hard to have in these kinds of facilities and even harder to get approved. I've worked in a nursing home before, and I'll tell you, the attitude and environment they have at the Meadows is rare. Both with their staff and their residents. Meadows is the right choice, and they have brought my family so much peace.

What a Blessing The Meadows of Cadiz and Staff were when caring for our loved one who suffered from Alzheimer and dementia. Every need was met for her and even us. We watched the staff and patients interact while the time passed as Billie made her journey to Heaven this morning. Even in a pandemic extra care was taken to protect all us in kindness and care. It is one thing to provide a service, it’s a whole other to do it in love as they did. We can not thank each of them enough who even took the time to paint her nails pink before her journey home. When people love what they do it makes a difference in their job. We highly recommend The Meadows of Cadiz and our only regret is that Billie wasn’t there the whole time that she needed this special care. Sincerely Brenda Waggoner and Family

Meadows of Cadiz has a "family" atmosphere. The staff is friendly and welcoming. All my moms care was great. I would recommend anyone considering a nursing home for their family member/loved one to c9nsider The Meadows.
