if i could give them zero stars i would. i listened to a man down the hall cry and shout in pain for over fifteen minutes one night visiting my father, i went out in the hallway looking for someone to help him for what felt like forever, no one was at the desks and when I finally found a guy he said it wasn't his section to take care of but I pressed that the man had been screaming for help for awhile and someone needed to check in on him. he was asking for an ambulance and the guy seemed like he shrugged it off and got him some water instead. these people were not giving my father who had…

if i could give them zero stars i would. i listened to a man down the hall cry and shout in pain for over fifteen minutes one night visiting my father, i went out in the hallway looking for someone to help him for what felt like forever, no one was at the desks and when I finally found a guy he said it wasn't his section to take care of but I pressed that the man had been screaming for help for awhile and someone needed to check in on him. he was asking for an ambulance and the guy seemed like he shrugged it off and got him some water instead. these people were not giving my father who had sepsis after a failed gastric bypass surgery any pain meds. they were confused when I asked them about it. if you saw the tears rolling down my father's face when he finally got some like i did you would be sick. they had the bed as low to the ground as you could possibly have it which seemed incredibly unsanitary. he was barely checked on in comparison to his old nursing home forty minutes away. he couldn't scream out in pain like the other guy not that it would have mattered if he could. they let him rot in that room. i will forever feel regret and guilt for wanting to have my father closer to me because they fast tracked his death. don't you dare put your loved ones here. it will not remotely surprise me if they hide this review but it's the truth and they know that. idk if they team up with hospice either but they failed him too. i asked for documentation and was never given any, they literally walked out of the room and never came back. DON'T. GO. HERE.

My mother lived here for 6 years. It's a very nice place, clean, with a very caring staff. The activities director was a gem with the patience of a saint. The entire staff was very caring and took great care of my mother. They even walked her next door when my father was in the memory care unit. I would recommend this place to everyone.

The residents are very loving people and the staff is great with the residence but they need to get a new office manager she is very rude and her interest are not in the residence if they're not related to her

Everytime I have visited my mother the residents are happy . There is routine activities for the residents to participate in. Staff is friendly and very helpful.

Took wonderful care of my mother for over 3 years!

We first visited Community Commons in March when our father was slipping into the later stages of Dementia. His move from his former facility was seamless as the staff thoughtfully & carefully helped him feel safe in his new surroundings. They truly assisted him in his day to day functioning. Allowed him to retain what little independence he still had. The personal care at this facility is outstanding. Every person that works there truly treats all with honor, dignity, respect, and compassion. The staff is loving and caring- They helped make the last 5 months of our father's life very happy.

The facility was well designed and the individual apartment efficient. The staff was well trained, caring and compassionate. The dietary needs were addressed and the likes and dislikes of each individual were accommodated. Social events were provided to keep the residents involved and engaged.

Kind, caring and compassionate staff. Lots of fun activities & good meals. My mother in law says "If you can't be in your own home, this is a great place to be". Great communication from staff. We are very pleased - The cleanliness & everything!
