4.9 · 209 reviewsI'm very impressed with all the help. I am here for rehab and in now ready to return to home. I couldn't walk when I got here, but the therapy got me up and moving again. This is also the cleanest facility I have ever been to. Friendly smiles every day. The Marketing Director, Chris, would stop by every now and again to see how I was doing, and I appreciated it. Such a beautiful Campus.
Everyone is very cooperative and friendly. I'm only here for rehab and I know I made the right choice coming to Country Club. Having a large, private room has been very helpful also. My entire family can come and visit and there is enough room for everyone. I enjoy my privacy. Great place for rehab.
This Campus is very nice, and the food is better than the hospital. All the people here are very nice and willing to assist at any time. I'm glad I chose the Country Club for my rehab.

Our stay was very good. Therapy staff was fantastic! Rooms are spacious, very nice, and clean. Nurses and aides we encountered were great.
I find this place to be better than any other Nursing Facility I've ever been to. I'm a Veteran and everyone treated me with respect. Nice staff. Rooms are large.
Overall this Campus was WONDERFUL! I'd highly recommend this institution. It's head and shoulders above every other facility in the local area. They were quick, courteous, patriotic, and extremely helpful. 2 of my favorites were Madelyn and Susan. They just always went above and beyond! Very pleased that they gave this old man (90 years old) a couple more years.
The therapy was wonderful and extremely helpful. Staff as courteous, and the food was excellent (I gained some weight because the food was soo plentiful and good). My private room was large and accommodating. Housekeeping was prompt. Honestly it was like a mini vacation. Thank you all for the help!
My stay at Country Club has been fantastic. Therapies were great and have helped me become stronger in walking and standing. Also have helped to steps so I can get in my house. All of nurses and nurses aides were great. They were always kind and ready to help. A special thanks to Susan, the nurse, who helped me get use to the bipac machine. Also to Jason and Shelly who were always there to help me at night. A special note to the staff who worked during the time there was no electricity. They were great. I told them they should get double pay. Thanks to all who helped during my stay.
