The nursing staff is pretty decent for the most part but the toxicity ive seen with the people working in the office towards the floor staff is terrible. There is a highschool click system going on and its unsettling and affects the care they give.

Very nice place!!

Staff is awesome my brother is a client there and has had the absolute best care he could ever get. I highly recommend if any family members need this type of care they be sent here.

My wife was at Covington Skilled Nursing & Rehabilitation for about a year. I had no problem leaving her there. She was fine. They had a regimen that they followed every day and they watched over her. They worked on her medication. They took care of her recovery. The staff was caring, friendly, and skilled. The food was on time every day, a certain time, but if you wanted something else, you could go and get it. It's a beautiful place and it's clean. They have somebody that could cut and take care of your hair. They had bingo, too, twice a week which is something that you go with people to do things. Then every once in a while, a guest speaker would come and they had an auditorium where you could go and listen to them. They had things to do other than just lying around.

I was very apprehensive when it was time to place my family member in skilled nursing after 110+ days hospitalization. Unable to walk, one leg immobile , cathed & on constant oxygen - I was worried about the prognosis and the care he would receive. The entire experience was wonderful. Every nursing and support staff member was responsive to his needs and that of an over-protective sister. The food was home- quality. The doctor made realistic but aggressive goals and the financial administrator offered personal care. The physical therapist and their program turned the world around. The camaraderie they show and share with patients while pushing for more was exemplary. Last week, less than 2 months later, my family member uses a walker or cane and foot brace. Although he may never be what he was prior to his initial hospitalization, these dedicated professionals gave him some independence, dignity and will to go on back. I am forever grateful.

If there was a zero star rating I would’ve chose it. The whole facility is shady and staff is there, simply, for the paycheck. Stay clear of this place.

Beautiful place and the they all treat my Mom super great. I feel good knowing my Mom is getting the best care and also knowing my Mom is happy at Covington.

Took great care of my mom after she was released from the hospital and helped her get back on her feet so we could get her home.
