Being familiar with the area, I wanted to see just what type of facility this was to help me with my medical problem. This facility in the inner city and just down the street from the Cleveland clinic. The building inside is old and being renovated. But that's not what makes the building What it is. Yes, I found a jewel in the inner city Crawford manor Health Care. The jewels are the people that work inside. The ones that serviced each and every patient inside. Taking care of their daily needs, which most of them could not do for themselves anyway.By the way I got the help I needed. And I'm going home, thanks, Crawford Manor health Care.
The caregivers are friendly and helpful, the activities department is GREAT, the coordinator is always fun and festive, and keeps the residents happy and engaged. I’ve honestly never seen an activities coordinator as devoted as she is.
This facility provides a welcoming environment with caring and attentive staff. The team is responsive and residents are treated like family. Overall, a solid experience with consistent effort to maintain quality care.

I had the occasion to represent Bethany Baptist Church as a senior member in a presentation for being safe at home presented by Kimberly Brown. I want to say that Kim did a wonderful presentation she kept 35 people fully engaged in what she was presenting. She offered opportunities to come to Crawford Manor and other facilities she raised my curiosity to a place that I visited all three of her locations and have become an advocate for her. When I know someone that needs her assistance I will definitely keep her on speed dial . Thank you Kim you are very passionate about what you do!
They never answer the door or phone ppl lights never gets answered need to hire more staff all across the board very very very outdated and very very very dirty I didn’t want to give them any stars only good aide is (kita good job) I got my mom out of there with in 24 hours of arrival
My mother has been in this place for about 3 weeks. It's horrible caregivers there. She had back surgery and they leave her sitting in chairs for hours. They don't know how to transfer people correctly. The place also has an odor soon as you walk through the front door. I'm in the process of taking her out of there to another place. I would never recommend this place to anyone until they fix the problems there.
