Excellent nursing home. Ive been here a few weeks now and this the best nursing home Ive been in and l have been in about 10 different places since my stroke over 3 years ago. Place is nice and clean. Food is decent and some things they make very well. Staff is always very friendly and helpful. Therapy is top notch here! Edit: Had to. Change rating to 1 star after the past 2 days here. Change rating to 1 star after the past 2 days here. Saturday, July 4th I was experiencing sharp stabbing pain in my lower left side to which I told the aide and the nurse and requested a ambulance be called. They left me lay there for hours and the pain got so bad I finally called for an ambulance myself. I then get scolded like a child for calling 911 and they even threatened to take my phone away if I called 911 again. I keep my phone on me in case of incidents like this. The ambulance came and took me to the e.r. and tests determined I had a rather large kidney stone and a bad infection that needed to be treated with iv antibiotics. Crestwood Ridge probably would have left me continue to lay there in extreme pain overnight. If the infection would have gone septic they mostly likely wouldn't have cared by the way they were acting. Its sad when nursing homes neglect and abuse elderly and/or disabled residents they have entrusted in their care. This is despicable and innescsable. Unfortunately it takes people dying in these places for anything to be done to them.
My dad was in this nursing home. It was a miserable 2 months. From his clothes disappearing, not getting enough to drink, not having help to get to the bathroom, and the dr. waiting to long to find out he had blockages in his legs. The office personnel isn't available on a daily basis. The director's of nursing will make a plan to supposedly make things better but that plan isn't followed through. If your family member needs a lot of help I suggest going else where. If they can speak up for their self and feed their self it may work. They are on the ball when it's time to take them out for…

If your family member needs a lot of help I suggest going else where. If they can speak up for their self and feed their self it may work. They are on the ball when it's time to take them out for their smoke breaks or if it's evening snack time. But if my dad needed the bathroom they would walk all around him. I was there every day but I couldn't stay all day. I saw for myself. The experience here just added to the grief of losing my dad.
We are pleased to have our loved one in Crestwood Ridge care, and thankful for all the staff members who have been so helpful and patient. It helps to know he is in their care as we can no longer be his caregiver, special people in this profession no doubt.
Love the atmosphere, staff, building has came a long way and continues to grow. Activities, and time spent with residents warms my heart. Coworkers have become work family.
My brother is in this facility and I’ve been trying to get a hold of someone to help him. So far been trying for close to 3 months and no one will return my call. In fact called several times today and no one has gotten back with me. So wondering how the patients get treat when nobody is there… Little frustrated at this point…
Crestwood hired Our Company (Skyline Roofing & Construction LLC.) to do some roofing repairs on there building. We invoice job on 9/29/2022, still have not received payment. On 5/10/23 Amy finally told me she needs Invoice & w-9. On 5/11/23 she confirmed that she did receive it and would get the process started. 7/24/23 still no payment. If we receive payment I will post. August of 2023 we are happy to say, Crestwood has paid in full. Thank You!
The staff at Crestwood Ridge are among the most caring, compassionate staff I have ever encountered! My disabled sister has been in assisted living for the past 20 years. This is the second facility who actually go above and beyond for her! They are working with her to get her to be more self-sufficient and are also providing physical therapy for her. Even though she may never be able to walk again, or even be able to manuever herself in a wheelchair, I am so thankful and appreciative to all of the staff who demonstrate a real love and caring for all of their patients. They really do go the extra mile in what must be one of the most difficult and under-appreciated jobs out there! Thank you so much to the most caring staff who go above and beyond for their patients!
Talked to a person from Admission named Bree and She abruptly hung up the phone while I was talking 😂😂😂 very Rude and Unprofessional no wonder this SNF is rated 3 stars on Google and on Medicare Website. Not recommend.
