Will not answer the phone EVER!!! Called for an hour straight.
I was a patient and at night, there were people running around having fits. If I could give place a zero rating, I would do so. I told them they were making loud music...they told me I was not telling the truth. Nurse Chantel said this person leaves here as well. I called an ambulance to move back to hospital... I could only move back to hospital......NOBODY SHOULD STAY IN A PLACE WHERE YOU FEEL UNCOMABLE...NEVER AT NO TIME. PLEASE SOME PLEASE BE IN PRAYER FOR ME. PLEASE!!!!!

Phone is frequently unanswered. I do not get bill from nursing home. Very difficult to get hold of billing office. Business part of nursing home is poorly run in my opinion. Calls are not made to me when my sister has an accident or when she’s sent to hospital.
Very good place to go for therapy
I decided NOT to do the ABSOLUTE MOST... however, If you're considering leaving a "love one" here. I wouldn't do it, unless you plan on being an active love one (family member) in the facility. It's not worth it. The Nurses are amazing depending on the side and the day... cant speak for the weekends. It's just not the typical " nursing home" for someone you love and care about. ( the pictures I'd attach are just too inappropriate and unsanitary for google)
Since mom been there short amount of time, NURSES AT ALL 3 STATIONS PICK UP PHONES RINGING, SLAM THEM DOWN AGAIN REPEATEDLY... How MATURE & IF NOTHING TO HIDE FROM A BUSINESS OPENED 24/7!? Now, they have missed her feeding trays more than once! They have REFUSED DISCHARGE TO POA ON SITE LOCALLY and if I HAVE TO COME FROM AZ TO OH...ITH MY PAPERWORK.... Now they're not releasing supposedly for CARDIAC RESULTS NEXT WEEK!?!?! THE DISCHARGING ER TO YALL SAID IT IS NOT CARDIAC RELATED!!! Also LIED TO PATIENTS TO SCARE THEM WITH THEY'LL BE LIABLE FOR BILLING IF THEY LEAVE EARLY!?!?!? WHILE INSURANCE IS PAYING FOR IT ALREADY!?!? YOU WON'T get her there for her disability income to let her die off miserably! NOTE : IF THIS winds up MIA'd off Google reviews I know you clean it up what you can and you're TRUTH IS ON YELP! also
My grandmother lives here and I like visiting her. They do fun activities with her and the staff is nice to my family.
