I’m sitting at breakfast watching my food get cold. They fail to provide me with my premeal digestion meds!!
Danbury is a great facility with a caring and attentive staff. Every time we come in to visit, we can see that the team treats residents with kindness and respect, and the environment is always clean, comfortable, and welcoming. From our experience, the level of care and professionalism really stands out. I would definitely recommend Danbury to anyone looking for a quality assisted living community.
Great facility!
What a joke of a place go somewhere better
Dan Cody was extremely helpful Very helpful, understanding and caring I was in a tough situation and he guided me through the whole process with his caring nature I also met Maggie the wellness director she was also very kind They both listened to my needs and concerns I highly recommend Danbury Cuyahoga Falls
Great facility! We wish there were more/better activities for the residents to do during the day. Otherwise, the staff are great.
I placed my mother in the memory care/assisted living area of Danbury. She has her own "apartment" where she sleeps, watches TV, and showers. The furniture in the room is all her's. The staff, with some exceptions, have been great. They treat each person with dignity and call each one by their first name. The residents are encouraged to participate in group activities. The women who sit with my mother are always laughing and sharing stories of their childhood (one is 103 and the other is 102).
I feel the care of the resident can be better. A lot of caregivers are on their phones sitting around. I feel the rooms r not cleaned very well, bathroom looks disgusting when you check your loved ones. They don’t deep clean what’s so ever. It would be nice if they helped the residents more. I’m just not happy at all with the care my loved one is getting.
