The tour of the facility was comprehensive and I was able to have all of my questions (and I asked a lot) answered.
Mara is truly a pleasure to work with. She leads tours with a calm, welcoming approach that makes the whole experience feel comfortable and easy. She takes her time, answers questions thoughtfully, and never makes you feel rushed. Her kindness and genuine care really stand out, and you can tell she wants the best for the families she’s helping. She’s a wonderful asset to the community.

Touring with Mara is always a positive experience. She is highly knowledgeable about Danbury Mentor and consistently goes above and beyond to assist families. Many families choose this community specifically because of Mara’s guidance and diligent follow-up. If a question arises that she cannot immediately answer, she is quick to find a solution or connect the family with the appropriate person. I love the staff and the residents, being a chaplain that visits routinely I see professionalism and compassion and kindness out of the staff especially with the receptionist Colleen and the life enrichment staff being led by Ashley. I greatly promote this place if you're considering something for your loved one
Jennifer (LPN) and Ava (receptionist both very helpful. Care provided seems exceptional!!! Aide taking people to dining room both humorous and attentive!!! Only noted need…. It was VERY icy outside and no attempt noted to clean ice or distribute salt for everyone’s safety when entering. Otherwise, thank you for the great work!!! His blessings!!!
We had the wonderful opportunity to visit Danbury Mentor today in celebration of Nurses Appreciation and offer complimentary massages. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, everything was spotless, and the residents appeared genuinely happy and well cared for. Thank you for all you do for the community and for your dedication to helping others!
