Divine Rehabilitation and Nursing at Sylvania

Wonderful home with caring staff!

I would recommend this place to everyone. My family member was so well cared for. The staff are amazing. The facility is clean. Everyone was just so caring. 5 stars for sure!

Really friendly staff!

My mother was a resident at Divine of Sylvania and she received wonderful care. The Nursing Staff were very kind and took very good care of my mother. The DON Ronda was very involved in her care and informing our family of her care and any changes of her care. I am very pleased with the level of care she received and would not hesitate to take my mother back if needed, thank you to the staff.

My father was a resident at Divine of Slyvania and received the best care from the second he arrived until he was discharged. The Nursing staff are phenomenal my father never felt like a burden they answered his call light nomatter how often he called quickly and with a smile. He was never one to want to take medication often or sometimes at all the nurses were efficient and kind spent time with him as he was just part of the family. The Director of Nursing Rhonda was amazing always checking in with him and our family very professional and caring she ensured that we were comfortable with his plan of care and that we understood everything. Rhonda would be visibly busy but always took the time to answer even the smallest of questions or addressing any concerns. Divine is hands down the best and will never hesitate to place a loved one there if needed. Thank you to all staff.
