The owner here is very rude to both their staff and patients.
I would NOT send your Loved one to this facility.
Awesome team works there. Thank you for all you do and taking care of our love one's ❤️
New building updates look great!
My father was here for almost a week for rehab. He had the ABSOLUTE WORST CARE! He called me at 3:30am to come and help him because no aide or nurse would come. He got himself up and to the bathroom, which he was not suppose to do. The Director of nursing DID NOT want to hear what we had to say about the care of my father, she actually said she wasn’t going to talk about staffing with me.
Very professional staff
Appreciated the attention given to my family member Shirley. Her granddaughter Jody dotes on her and she loves it. Jody is very gifted.
I would give this zero stars if I could. I had a family member living there and the care was God awful, 90% of staff is agency aids and nurses. My grandmother was always wet. Her bed would have dry urine on her sheets covered by a new pad. Even her pillows smelled of urine, nurse came in behind me with febreze to cover the smell. I have went in during meal times and they wouldn't have a tray for her on more then one occasion. So who knows how many times she's gone without eating. Not to mention when we decided to move her to a different facility, DHCC stopped taking calls and requests from my family and the new facility for my family members information so we could transfer her. My grandmothers POA had to go up there personally and demand the paperwork. Awful awful place. Please do not place your family member here. State is always in there because other family reports them so much, rightfully so. I also worked there for about 6 months and the work load was insane because we were so short staffed and agency wouldn't show up half the time. Upper management is a NIGHTMARE to deal with as an employee. You are not valued one bit as a good worker. All about what you do wrong vs what you have done right. I have gone to upper management about another aid making nasty remarks about a resident and the upper staff made drama out of it. I quit the next day. I DO NOT recommend this place at all.
