Dublin Retirement Village

They just remodeled and added a lunch Bistro. The food has been good . They offer so many programs and activities- there's something for everyone. Very welcoming community. DRV is awesome. Very caring staff. Couldn't be happier with our decision.

The staff was wonderful. They were prompt in responding to any requests or concerns. The facility was well maintained and Dad loved the food! We were happy the had a doctor available to meet with Dad. It felt like home every time we came to see Dad….always welcomed by the staff.

Their lack of integrity and non-existent accountability to execute basic safety requirements, while a family member repeatedly reached out to an entire organization, including upper and executive management and the local ombudsman with cries for help and documented proof/pictures is appalling. The incompetence at the Dublin location is staggering. They lack proactiveness, empathy, a desire to provide a positive customer experience, and basic organizational skills. They lean towards medication to solve problems. They repeatedly told us one thing, in terms of medical care and safety protocols for a high fall-risk resident and did not execute what they said they would do. We installed a video camera which showed us proof of this.

The staff are exceptionally well trained and friendly. Excellent communication between management and residents. Brunch every Friday, at which time there is a meeting with management, all managers present. The building is well maintained and clean, and the grounds cannot be duplicated. Food is generally good. Like everyone, staffing is a current challenge.

They had great people here. The community was not as nicely decorated inside. It had an intuitional feel to it.
