This is an amazing place I’m new to the community as a caregiver and the staff was so welcoming and inviting and management was so helpful and supportive
My beloved, sweet parents moved here in Feb. of 2015 from Clark County. I live nearby and feel very much a part of their community. If I could here, I would share every positive experience about the competent, caring, loving staff; our many friends, current and passed; and all of our happy experiences here. Sadly, my dear dad passed March 3rd, 2024, at the age of 90. Dear mom has been supported well and is adjusting to her new normal with the help of everyone here. She's partakes in all of the activities and looks forward to all that's new that Heritage has to offer. For those with family…

The staff here is extremely caring and compassionate. The food is now farm to table and the facility is very clean. I feel so blessed to have my parents staying here.
Quality of services has gone down dramatically in the past 4 - 5 years. Staff turnover is very high, a lot of part-time staff makes for inconsistent care, quite a few open positions, went a few weeks without cleaning staff, grounds not maintained regularly, dining experience is only fair, residents leaving to move to other locations, etc. Often wonder if anyone from headquarters really knows anything about current services and residents' care?
This is a wonderful community, i would give them a ten out of ten. The cleanliness is top notch and the staff members are excellent, there is nothing bad to say about them. The meals were great, it was so nice, the place is beautiful and pleasant. They made it very accommodating if you wanted family members to come and visit. It was just wonderful, they felt like family.
This is a bright nice looking community. They have a nice outside gazebo and family gathering areas. The community we chose just had a little larger room available.
