Dirty, unorganized, the desk nurse was rude and dismissed me when I asked for help for my family member. Very disappointing 😞. I called the number given 8 times to further explain the situation. No one answered. Turns out the "Confidential Concern Line" is literally just the listed number for the facility. There's not even a person for that line. It's just whoever answers. Unbelievable. 2 weeks later my daughter still hasn't had a shower (I go in and wash her hair with rinse less shampoo) and is frequently left unattended for hours with her call light on. Her roommate as well. We are trying desperately to get her transferred to a competent facility. Last night there were 6 call lights on in her hallway. All of the employees except the Physical Therapist were sitting at the table in the main area in their phones. The neglect is mind blowing.
Seems to be one of the best in the area, Excellent staff that cares about there clients, nice building and clean.

The staff is so friendly. I’m relieved that my brother has a pleasant environment to rehab in.
More of a “glorified” homeless shelter, than a nursing home. Dropped off a food order there and had to walk in there and I was a little bit disgusted by what I saw.

The staff is very inviting & they do any excellent job of caring for the residents. Facility is very clean at all times . I give this facility a AAAA PLUS ALL THE WAY AROUND THE BOARD! BIG THANKS GOES OUT TO EDGEWOOD FROM THE DARDEN/ROBINSON FAMILY
