1.0 · 1 reviewsThe nursing home has changed significantly over the years. My loved one was a resident and was greatly aware of the change in conditions and treatment by some staff members. The amenities are acceptable, however some of the staff members are unprofessional. There is a lack of concern by some, and these employees also a lack of urgency in assisting residents. Placing a phone call to check on my resident was also a burden due to unprofessional staff telephone etiquette. Improvement is needed for those staff members who lack kindness and care, which should be shown by all staff members at all…
