The first picture she was supposed to feed herself she wasn't capable of doing that that they were good for bringing your food I'm just leaving in front of you and not introduce it to you when you were supposed to have dementia. They have the dementia patients up All night by the nurses station to keep an eye on the patients they didn't hire adequate amount of people to keep eye on the…

My sister Pat was there for 4 months she had the best care ever ! I can't thank everyone enough that was there when she passed on 11/3 she just leaned back in her bed and went to God Kathy P

This place is horrible my loved one has been here for several years now. And if it wasn’t for the fact that it’ll probably upset them to move to another location I would have a long time ago. Once upon a time this place was beautiful, the staff cared. Now it’s just another place where it’s under staffed And leadership of the facility could care less And when the head doesn’t care, the rest will follow. Don’t be fooled by the beautiful entryway that’s about all you’re going to get. Unless you visit your loved one often and make your presence known and felt You BETTER LOOK ELSEWHERE!!!!

My experience with the Acacia Place at the Eliza Jennings facility in Cleveland has truly been life-changing. As my mother navigates the challenges of dementia, I can confidently leave her at the Adult Day Care, knowing she is in a safe, supportive environment and receiving excellent care. She feels welcomed and enjoys the company of others, which brings her joy. The staff has shown incredible kindness and patience, for which I am eternally grateful.-Judy O
This place is horrible. My mother was there for 6 month for rehab. She received very poor care, missing medication, giving medication she did need that could have killed her. There short stay staff. Sometime call button will ring for over a hour. While under there care she fell and broke her leg and needed multiple surgeries.
My sister is there and has needed to be changed for over an hour now. She has called out for help and pushed the buzzer numerous times. I have called an spoken to a nurse and it has still been 15 minutes additionally. They are apparently low on staff.
