3.8 · 23 reviewsFair Haven has changed a great deal on the past 3-4 years. While it used to be someplace I would highly recommend it is definitely not any longer. The administration does not care about residents or staff. The food quality is horrible. Housekeeping is barely tolerable. They have been reported to the State many times. Research completely before sending someone you love there.
Having a loved one at this facility I see the care and dedication of the staff. They go above and beyond to provide care and get to know the person. It's a beautiful facility with large one person suites. My loved one has a really nice view of the countryside, we watch deer going across the field.
Very caring and attentive staff. I couldn't have asked for better nurses and aides to care for my grandmother. Nurses always answered my questions. They genuinely cared for my grandmother as if she were their own family. Well done.

The nurses and administration mistreat the residents and stnas there they allow their nurses to scold a 18 stna to the point she has a panick attack.this place is not professional at all

Fair Haven is a wonderful facility filled with polite and caring staff! I would recommend this facility to anyone wanting their loved one to have excellent care
If you believe any of these lies thath are being said about Mrs. CarolineTate Hopkins, you have major issues. This is one of the sweetest, most caring ladies you will ever meet. She is a loyal wife, mother and friend to many. All of these idiots that are saying all of these nasty lies about her are trolls from You Tube. They are constantly trying to cause issues for the Hopkins family and spreading their evil lies. All of the lying is being done on her due to, they do not like her husband Donald Hopkins who is a well known person on You Tube. Please do not believe any of the negative and nasty things that are being said about this sweet lady. She has not done anything to any of her patients , she does NOT steal nor do any of these other ugly and sorted things that are being posted in the reviews of your facility here . Caroline Hopkins is a very devoted employee and she puts her patients needs above her own when she is on the job. All of the nasty things that have been said have been put there by one person, that keeps changing his name, This is called trolling. Mama Grizz we love and support you , poppa and the kids completely. Hold your head up high sweet lady, we all are going to stand behind you and support you through this .
All of these bad reviews are one person who is sad enough to attack this woman and her family. She is a wonderful woman who gets harassed daily do to online stalkers.
