4.7 · 12 reviewsMy grandmother came to The Gardens of Fairfax for rehab, and we had a great experience. The therapy team was wonderful and really helped her get stronger. She was comfortable, made a lot of friends, and always had nice things to say about the staff. Everyone was friendly, the building was clean, and we felt she was in good hands. We’re really thankful for the care she received.
A very nice facility. It is very clean and everyone is always kind. You always see the residents up and doing something.The care and staff are really good here!
Every time I visit, the staff is so kind and welcoming. The center looks beautiful and environment is clean. I would recommend.

The call I received informing me that my loved one had passed consisted of “when is someone coming to get his stuff “ no actually telling me he passed, no condolences, it wasn’t even a complete sentence, I thought it was bring your child to work day and they had a toddler tell me. I thought he was moved to hospital again and found out through the hospital that he passed before they got there.
Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! The entire staff has shown nothing but the best care for my mom. The D.O.N is the bomb! I thank each and every staff member for giving my mom nothing short of great care.
My mom was here for a while. What she loved the most was the great food, she said it reminds her of soul food cooking. Thank you for that. Love yall. Tony Smith
The Gardens of Fairfax is a wonderful facility that has made some great updates recently. The renovations are coming along really well, and the entire building is always clean and inviting. The staff and clinical team are compassionate, professional, and very responsive to the needs of both residents and their families. You can feel that the people here truly care. I’ve had a great experience and would highly recommend this facility to anyone looking for quality care in a supportive environment.
Really impressed with The Gardens of Fairfax. The place looks amazing after the renovations, clean, modern, and welcoming. The staff are kind and always helpful, and the residents seem to really enjoy themselves with all the activities and outings. If you’re looking for solid care for a loved one, this is definitely a place to check out.
