4.6 · 45 reviewsI had a family member at the Rupp Rehab facility. I visited multiple times a day including off hrs.. The staff was always quick to respond when needed and very professional, courteous and calming! Gold standard care! Thank you very much!
Definitely not the best nursing home in the area. They have agency staff members that work 7 days a week and sleep on the job but they allow this because “it’s another body in the building”. I worked here through agency and they lied to my agency because another aide lied about a situation. I was always the first to volunteer to help and came in at any hour to help take care of residents. Instead of keeping staff that genuinely cares, they prefer to keep those who blatantly neglect residents and do not check on them. State will definitely be involved. I would never ever take any of my family members to this facility. My mother n law and ex mother n law both were here and they were treated poorly, neglected it was anwful ended up that they both passed away one fell and hit her head the other got infection it spread and killed her. The staff was awful and they did not take good care of them. Makes me sick. DO NOT TAKE YOUR LOVED ONE HERE!

We came for a tour. We were so impressed with all the facilities. Everyone was very friendly, staff and residents. Care for the residents is evident by the interactions we observed today.
The rehab facility is very nice with spacious rooms. The staff is amazing, so kind and helpful.
