4.6 · 24 reviewsWe have been so happy since our aunt has relocated to Feridean. Brooke and the entire staff are always helpful and keep me in the loop with all the happenings. I highly recommend based off the care she has received!!
I love this place. The staff is so friendly and the residents too. This place is so clean. It's a beautiful and peaceful environment.

My mother was only a resident for seven months beginning February of 2025 but in that brief time, the staff went above and beyond. She was on multiple medications for Parkinson's and the nurses took very seriously delivering them on time (every three hours) and were very communicative with me regarding any incidents or concerns about her well being. From the first tour, until her last day, we had a great feeling about this place. After touring several facilities, we found the rates were less than most and without the "hidden costs." Feridean is now under new ownership and the rates did raise significantly but still seemed to be in line with what other (less desirable) assisted living communities charge. The place is beautiful with outstanding amenities and many residents appear to thrive. What truly made it outstanding were the nurses, aides, kitchen, office, etc. were outstanding.
My mother has moved into Feridean Commons. It's clean. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable. They have a chef that prepares meals, and the meals are not fussy and elegant. I know that they use a lot of fresh produce. They make food that is creative, but not like way out there. I like the food, the staff, and the cleanliness of the facility. She has hospice and the same hospice team can be used at Feridean. The staff has been everything that we've wanted them to be. When I look at the activities calendar, it looks like it has what everybody else has. There are puzzles, games, music, and things. I was in the other day and I saw somebody in there playing the guitar, giving like a mini-concert, and the room was full. There's painting, and there are lots of trips.
I visited my mother there and our server Rui did an excellent job and provided an exquisite dining experience!
Grandma lives here and I have visited her a several times since she moved into one of the condos 18 months ago. She enjoys the community and the activities. My wife, kids, and I joined her for dinner in the dining hall and it was a good experience.
As a musician, I visit lots of senior living homes. Feridean is one of the good ones. Good activities. Healthy living.
