My Best Friend was a 6yr (about) Resident of Fernwood Aftercare. The Center is not set up well for checking in on Residents or following up with Documentation or Watching Meds. My Best Friend had so many Med changes in a short time period and developed even more problems after living there. She passed away in the Fernwood Home at the age of 47.
