4.3 · 39 reviewsThey have been more than accommodating to my mother. They allowed her to bring her cats and helped take care of them when she stayed somewhere else. The staff is friendly and loving. I live in Colorado and they take the time to keep me updated on her condition
My father was there for approx. 2 yrs and of course that a difficult conversation to have as it is a major disruption in your loved ones life and lets face it kinda scary for all parties involved. Dad's first impression once seeing his apartment was great, plenty of room for his stuff and perfectly kept up and clean. It didnt take long for Dad to warm up to his new environment and really loved being involved. Dad quickly became engaged with the activities which seem to be something new all the time. Dad's first impression once seeing his apartment was great, plenty of room for his stuff and perfectly kept up and clean. It didnt take long for Dad to warm up to his new environment and really loved being involved. Dad quickly became engaged with the activities which seem to be something new all the time. Dad felt like it was his second family as he made alot of new friends. Joni and staff are amazing and went above and beyond to meet the needs of our father. If your are looking for a safe place for your loved ones they have you covered as there are nurses & aids always on staff and call boxes installed on every wall of the apartments. They made sure he took his meds as scheduled and did his laundry and cleaned his apartment for him. 3 square meals a day in a restaurant style dinning room. We lost dad on June 8th this year and if you wonder if they care, there are none better. Their tears, cards to our family and people showing up at his celebration of life ceremony says it all. We lucked out finding this place and dad enjoyed his time there tremendously mainly due to all the staff that care for him in his times of need. this took a lot of stress off of me as I knew he was in great hands when we couldn't be immediately there for him.
Such a great facility, ran extremely well! Placed in such a beautiful area! It is always very clean and taken care of. I would recommend this place to anyone that is looking.

Fountain park has been a great experience thus far. They were able to get my mother in a room and helped greatly with the medicaid process to get her established. Join and the rest of the staff has been nothing but professional and helpful when needed. They were very accommodating for my mother and her furry companion. I would highly recommend fountain park for assisted living and memory care. Facility is very nice rooms are nice.
Fountain Park employees are kind and do a great job with the challenges of patient care. They treat our mother with respect.
Treated very well when found out coming in, got room next to sister. Arranged it! A lot of facilities are old buildings turned into a facility like this - this place is all flat, accessible, and we get treated well.
My sister is in the Memory Care Unit and I am very happy with her care. Her room is lovely and the staff are very loving and kind.
The wonderful staff at Fountain Park have, from day one, gone above and beyond to help my mom settle in. They continue to go above and beyond when it comes to everyday care, keeping my mom and I to date. We were really nervous for Mom to be in a facility, but after seeing my mom thrive and be a social butterfly again, I know God made the right choice for her (and us, the family). My mom constantly has a story to share with me about her favorite nurses, which are all of them lol and how much she can tell they care and love her. Thank you a billion times over for all you (all staff from Administrative, Kitchen, Laundry, and Nursing) do!! You are greatly appreciated!!
