I have been here since Feb. Im a prior resident I came back because they tested me well the first time. Nursing really does a great job on my wound care to my leg and I really appreciate that. Shorty is my favorite person she really has a special way of pushing me to my best!
I have been in Franklin now for six weeks rehab and I feel great. The people here really show they care. I should be heading home soon. The therapy team is excellent.

I have been here since March and I love the Act. Dept. I enjoy going out to the garden. I hear my room is the most beautiful in the building. They allow us to have church services here in English and Spanish which is very important to me. The rehab team got me stronger and I feel better about myself and my health. Thank you team Franklin.
Most of the staff are pleasant and caring and professional.Diane andrs. McCoy are amazing!

I Love Franklin Plaza skilled nursing and rehab facility, the director and all the staff there are professional kind knowledgeable and compassionate people, they truly care for your family and loved ones. I have a brother there that's been there about 5 years and every time I ask if he wants to come home he says no, he is really comfortable there and they take really good care of him as well as all their patients. He has made Franklin Plaza his home. I also have a sister there who's been there for 2 years she is paralyzed on one side of her body and nonverbal and thanks to the love and care she received at Franklin Plaza she will be coming home in the next 2-3 weeks I also have another brother who will be admitted to Franklin Plaza within the next few days... My family and I love the services and care we receive at Franklin Plaza, it has become our family place for nursing home and rehab care. In the future should I need nursing home care or rehabilitation, Franklin Plaza is the place that I would want to be.... from the Director to housekeeping and maintenance, All have shown us nothing but love, care and compassion everyday as well as all the patients there...( I am very observant) God Bless Franklin Plaza, all of its staff and their family members. Thank You.
DO NOT send your loved one to this facility. If I could rate this place with negative stars I would. We just removed our loved one and transferred to a different facility. The abuse and neglect from the staff is insane. The facility and staff need to be placed under review and licenses revoked.
