Assisting living
Does anyone work out there I've been calling for 4 to 5 days left several messages and is no one answered to any phone calls and has not returned any of my messages I don't recommend this place for nobody is very horrible very unprofessional and um humanitary to sum it all up I am very disappointed and very perturbed
Perfect
If you care about your loved one, look elsewhere. My mother was a resident for 3 years in Assisted Living. The level of care dropped significantly until she left in April 2024. They also took a full month’s rent from her for her final rent payment, though she only resided there for a week. They’ve been deceptive and not helpful in trying to recover that money.
A facility with no working call light systems. Black mold all over, just painted so State doesn't see it. Dietary doesn't feed them half of the time. Staff members having sexual relations on the clock in the building. An administrator that said he doesn't care about residents that have Medicaid because they barely bring any money in. Residents not receiving their medication, including insulin, ending up being rushed to the ER in a coma because of this. They're now owned by Arcadia and being called The Arc of Trotwood. Do NOT send your loved ones here. No matter what.
A great place to stash your elderly if you want their meds mismanaged and their possessions stolen. A habitually understaffed facility in constant decline. It’s basically Auschwitz with more mobility scooter traffic.
This place really cares about their residents. Coming into this facility is a real joy each time I walk through those doors. They provide a clean enjoyable environment for everyone.
Worst place you could place a loved one! Bathroom constantly flooded with sewage in relative's room. From the toilet all the way to the kitchen!! Filthy sewage!!! A/C went out in the entire fourth floor!! All those elderly people stuck in that heat!! Had to call the police on the administrators more than once. And they get new staff every other month because no one wants to work here. If you care about your loved ones, run far from this nursing home.
