Excellent communication with family and all departments regarding my sister's stay. My hat off for Tiffany, thank you.
I highly recommend Scioto Community for anyone looking for quality rehabilitation and long-term care services. The therapists were knowledgeable, the nurses were caring, and the entire team made the recovery process comfortable and encouraging.
The aid had no idea i was there ,she was rude to my mom asking her were her up was they gave her, they give you ice out of a cooler. Not changing her like they should. I dont recommend this place They have to buzz you end. And its an inconvenience to them especially if you make more than on trip in I plan to file a complaint probley would do any good. But im not standing for improper care of elderly people they didn't ask to be there
if i could leave a 0 star i would!! please do not take your family here. this place is incredibly dirty and unprofessional. my grandfather got transferred here from the hospital for physical therapy. the room we got put in had a broken ac unit, waste on the trashcan, floors sticky, bed rails were broken, and an incredibly bad smell. the bed ended up snapping and one of the wheels rolled off. the ac unit fell from the window onto the floor. this was in the span of at least an hour. my grandpa has end stage liver failure and cannot move himself in the bed or walk. he did not receive the proper care and they treated him like he could walk or anything physical by himself. we are at the emergency room right now, yesterday we were told that my grandpas urine was crystal clear, but today it is dark as black coffee. i have every reason to not believe this place, and never take him here again! it takes a lot for me to take the time to leave a bad review somewhere, i truly believe this place needs to be shutdown.
Very friendly and accommodating staff but there was no air conditioning and clients nor staff should have to go through that. Especially as much money as nursing homes make daily. I'm sure the owners are aware but what you don't have to endure you usually do not care about sadly
This place is an AWFUL PLACE , they are the most unprofessional and RUDE people i have ever met. They do not care about any of the patients, they neglect the needs of these people. They don't give the meds needed, the food they give is below slop, the entire building smells like urine. The health department needs to be called to investigate the practices of this facility. My wife was released today after a week and was supposed to get rehab for a broken leg, the rehab consists of 15 minutes of walking down the hall and back or moving from the bed to the chair. They did NOTHING to help her at all. This place needs to be SHUT DOWN IMMEDIATELY!!!! DO NOT SEND YOUR LOVED ONES HERE.
I’m very thankful for the care my loved one receives at Scioto Community. The staff is attentive, caring, and always willing to go the extra mile to ensure residents are comfortable and well cared for. It’s reassuring to know they are in such good hands.
Scioto Community provides exceptional nursing home care with a compassionate and professional staff. The nurses and caregivers always treat residents with kindness, patience, and respect. The facility is clean, comfortable, and creates a warm environment that truly feels like home.
